Please understand that you are placing a custom Order and it takes some time to roast and pack the order as these are not stocked.

We ship orders by Priority or First ClassS USPS or UPS or Fedex.
& Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order

 ALL NON-USA ORDERS SUBJECT TO USPS International RATES

After You place the Order

If there is any changes required to your order do not hesitate to call us at 732-986-7168 or drop a email at support@cofeday.com we will take care of it. For some reason if we miss the communication, please stay calm we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How we Process the your Custom order

Orders are processed daily for the following business day.

We analyze the quantity of orders we anticipate roasting and shipping on a daily basis. If you receive a email with tracking number means your order is in the queue, it does not mean that your order left our fecility. End of that day we print labels and send it to roasters to roast the following day. We finish roasting your custom coffee and finish filling and your package is ready to pickup by shipping carrier. 
  • Please allow 2-5 Business day from order to ship
  • Ship to delivery will take 1 to 5 business days
  • Expedited shipping creates false expectations and is unavailable.

International shipping is available.

Note that international shipping is slow, costly, and accounts for 1.4% of total business and 18% of shipping issues.
