Return Policy

We have a really straight forward policy on returns.

If you make the mistake you bear the cost. If we make the mistake we pay for it. Please note that you are ordering a customer order Coffee food product, we will not take the product back once it left our fecility. So there is no option of returns. But we will work with you to correct the problem or offer discount on next order to make you happy. 

We promise you love the coffee. For some reason, If youare not satisfid with the quality of coffee we will offer a refund or give you option to select another coffee on your first bag of cofee.

If there is a problem with the Order. 

Contact us within 48hours to fix the problem with your order. No refunds accepted after 48 hours. Please understand that shipping cost is expensive and shipping charges are not refunded. Also note that express shipping is more expensive and not returnable.
